This store reserves the right to replace or credit any purchases returned.
Goods returned must be within 5 days of purchase. Items must be unopened for lingerie, otherwise there is to be no return or refund given. Proof of purchase by Receipt or Eftpos docket must be produced.
20% Deposit must be paid for all laybys or orders placed, Full payment must be made in 8 weeks from layby or order date. If Layby or orders are cancelled or forfeited within the 8 weeks we reserve the right to retain the deposit made.
No Cash out services on Credit or Eftpos.
Nauti NZ reserves the right to search bags or other items that could assist with shoplifting.
