Due to health & hygiene reasons, an exchange service is not available so please choose carefully before you buy. We are unable to replace products which do not meet your expectations. For faulty or defective products we offer a 7 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY. Faulty products will be replaced with an identical product, if unavailable we can offer a replacement item of the same value or store credit.
Prior to returning faulty or defective products please test with new batteries, ensure they are the correct size and correctly inserted. (Please note: Shipping of faulty products is at the customers expense and will not be refunded)

Products with Manufacturer Warranty
If you have detected a fault later on in a product that has offered a warranty, please note that the manufacturer is offering the warranty and not our Nauti NZ store or online store. In case of a faulty item you will have to contact them directly with your product, warranty slip and original receipt for a replacement.
Please keep all the boxes, warranty slips and your original receipt safe until the end date of the warranty period to avoid disappointment. Nauti NZ will not be able to contact the manufacturer on your behalf.

If you need more information on a particular item that is not one of the brands featured in our sizing chart ,do not hesitate to contact us prior to your purchase and we will be happy to help you with sizing and measurements as much as we can.
Where a garment has a manufacturing defect, return the garment to us. We will then examine the garment, if defective we will issue a replacement item or store credit. If the fault has been detected during a use of the item, please wash the item before sending to us for inspection.
If the clothing does not include any items of underwear, you may exchange the size within seven days of purchase provided you have a receipt and the item is unworn and in perfect condition with all tags attached. Please note that when exchanging products the customer will pay return shipping and the shipping of the new size. You will have to process the new delivery fee to us via bank transfer.
