Shopping Terms & Conditions
Nauti.nz gives customers convenient, quick, and easy secure online shopping.
Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased using secure online Visa & Mastercard transactions. We also accept Bank Account Deposit payments. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfillment.
All prices in the shopping areas are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$). All prices are online only pricing, and in no way connected to our Nauti NZ stores. All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
All prices quoted include NZ GST (15%)
You may not download, modify, transmit, or otherwise use any material from the service for public or commercial purposes.
The Service’s content, information and advice is free of charge (unless otherwise stipulated). However you are responsible for your own network and connection charges.
Other than connecting to nauti.nz servers by HTTP requests using a web browser, you may not attempt to gain access to nauti.nz servers by any means including, without limitation, by using administrator passwords or by masquerading as an administrator while using the service or otherwise.
You agree not to disrupt, modify or interfere with the service or its associated software, hardware and servers in any way and you agree not to impede or interfere with others use of the service. You further agree not to alter or tamper with any information or materials on, or associated with, nauti.nz and/or the service.

Your right to use the service is personal to you. You may not authorise others to use the service, and you are responsible for all of your own use of the service.
Minors under the age of 18 years are prohibited from making purchases, including subscriptions, on the service.
This service provides general information about nauti.nz and the products and services they offer. The information contained in the service has been prepared solely for the purpose of providing information about nauti.nz, its subsidiaries and the services and products they offer. Nauti.nz reserves the right to change, delete or move any of the material on the service at any time without notice.
Nauti.nz and its affiliates shall not be liable to you or any third parties for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages allegedly sustained arising out of your access to or inability to access the service. This includes viruses alleged to have been obtained from the service, your use of or reliance on the service or any of the information or materials available on the service, regardless of the type of claim or the nature of the cause of action.

All information will be collected and stored by NautiNZ in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. You have the right to access your personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993.
Nauti NZ may use personal information from orders to conduct mailouts and for any future promotional and publicity purposes. You are able to unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter email or emailing us at email@example.com
Refunds & Return
Due to health & hygiene reasons, an exchange service is not available so please choose carefully before you buy. We are unable to replace products which do not meet your expectations. For faulty or defective products we offer a 7 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY. Faulty products will be replaced with an identical product, if unavailable we can offer a replacement item of the same value or store credit.
Prior to returning faulty or defective products please test with new batteries, ensure they are the correct size and correctly inserted. (Please note: Shipping of faulty products is at the customers expense and will not be refunded)

Due to health and safety regulations we cannot offer returns, exchanges or replacements on lingerie. Please ensure you have a correct size and style before purchasing. If you need more information on a particular item's measurements do not hesitate to contact us prior to your purchase and we will be happy to help you with sizing as much as we can.
Where a garment has a manufacturing defect, return the garment to us. We will then examine the garment, if defective we will issue a replacement item or store credit. If the fault has been detected during a use of the item, please wash the item before sending to us for inspection.

When returning faulty or defective products you must do so within 7 days.

Paperwork details and your purchase order number
Specifications to advise us on how you would like to rectify the matter
Please ensure adult toys are clean prior to/if returning under our faulty or defective product warranty.
